大型铸钢件整体磁化检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 目前国内外磁粉检测普遍采用移动式磁粉探伤机和便携式磁粉探伤机。这种传统的检测方法需要长时间托举触棒及其缆线,劳动强度大,检验效率低。本文设计了一种可以将铸件整体磁化的设备,该设备通过电缆与设备相连接。采用高电流输出设备直接在铸件上通电,形成多个方向高场强的磁场,铸件达到整体磁化后检测缺陷。该设备可以避免检验员高强度作业,而且大幅度提高检验效率。 At present,mobile magnetic particle testing machine and portable magnetic particle testing machine are widely used in magnetic particle testing at home and abroad.This traditional detection method needs to lift the contact rod and its cable for a long time,which has high labor intensity and low inspection efficiency.In this paper,a kind of equipment which can magnetize the whole casting is designed.The equipment is connected with the equipment by cable.The high current output equipment is directly energized on the casting to form a magnetic field with high field strength in multiple directions.Defects are detected after the casting is fully magnetized.The equipment can avoid the inspector's high intensity work and greatly improve the inspection efficiency.
