Casting Production Data Acquisition Application Based on Mobile Internet Technology

当今,信息化社会及大数据时代已经来临,对各行各业的发展都将产生巨大的影响。在大数据时代,如何实现铸造车间的生产数字化、信息化管理,成为生产管理过程中需要研究的重点。目前,数据采集工作已成为企业信息化建设中的基本且重要环节。通过移动互联网技术形成生产数据的自动采集、汇总、上报和展示动态图,为企业的生产管理、运营决策提供数据支撑。本文简单介绍了利用手机端APP对铸造一线生产数据进行实时采集,值得推广应用。

Nowadays,the era of information society and big data has come,which will have a huge impact on the development of all walks of life.In the era of big data,how to realize the digital and information management of production in foundry workshop has become the focus of research in the process of production management.At present,data collection has become a basic and important link in the construction of enterprise information.Through the mobile Internet technology,automatic collection,summary,reporting and display of production data can be formed to provide data support for the production management and operation decisions of enterprises.This paper briefly introduces the real-time acquisition of first-line casting production data by using mobile APP,which is worthy of popularization and application.
