摘要
多元复合离子渗盐浴表面处理技术是一种对各种钢和铁基合金表面改性绿色环保技术,可以大幅度提高材料表面的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性等综合性能,且具备其他强化热处理工艺难以实现的工件处理后不变形、处理工艺简单等突出优势。本文采用自主研发的多元复合离子渗盐浴配方,以煤矿井下液压件经常使用的45钢为研究对象,探讨多元复合离子渗盐浴技术对45钢表面处理后耐腐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明,与未处理的试样相比,45钢试样的表面形成30μm致密性良好的化合物层,耐化学腐蚀和电化学腐蚀的性能得到显著的提高。
The salt bath surface treatment technology of multi-component composite ion permeation is a kind of green environmental protection method for various steel and iron-based alloy surface modification,which can greatly improve the comprehensive performance of the surface corrosion resistance of the materials.Besides,this method has outstanding advantages such as no deformation after permeation and no complex process,which are difficultly achieved by other intensive heat treatment processes.In this paper,45 steel is researched material which is often used in coal mine hydraulic parts,and treatment solution is the self-developed multi-composite ion-permeation salt bath.The effect of multi-composite ion permeation salt bath technology on the corrosion resistance of 45 steel after surface treatment is discussed.The test results show that the surface of 45 steel sample forms a compound layer with a density of 30μm compared with the untreated sample,and the chemical corrosion resistance and electrochemical corrosion resistance are remarkably improved.
