摘要
通过振动加速度传递率评价动力总成悬置隔振性能时,评价结果易受到路面激励影响,针对该问题,探索一种通过动力总成悬置传递力评价悬置系统隔振性能的方法;建立动力总成悬置系统理论模型,通过仿真获得悬置模态参数及悬置传递力的变化趋势;应用电阻应变片制作动力总成悬置测力传感器,搭建相应的测试系统,并对传感器进行标定;在定置和道路行驶工况下,测得悬置传递力和悬置振动加速度。试验结果表明,车辆低速时悬置力与加速度传递率评价结果基本一致,中高车速时悬置传递力评价的稳定性更好。
The evaluation result of vibration isolation performance of powertrain mounting system is easy to be affected by road excitation under driving conditions when using vibration acceleration transmissibility method.A method to evaluate the vibration isolation performance of powertrain mounting system by mounting force is studied.The theoretical model of powertrain mounting system is established to analyze the modal of mounting system and mounting force.According to the basic principle of resistance strain gauge, the powertrain mounting force measuring sensor is made.The test system is built and the sensor is calibrated.In the stationary and road driving conditions, the mounting force and vibration acceleration are measured.The test results show that the evaluation results of the mounting force and acceleration are basically consistent at low speed, and the stability of the mounting force evaluation is better at high speed.
