摘要
为评价悬置系统隔振性能对整车振动的影响,采用传递路径分析和悬置隔振率计算结合的方法。以某SUV为研究对象,将座椅导轨作为目标点,进行振动测试试验,采集加速工况下悬置主、被动端及车内响应点振动加速度信号和频响函数,计算隔振率,并识别目标点振动的各传递路径贡献量。结果表明,该方法可以确定找出对车内振动影响最大的悬置及方向,为后续有针对性的优化提供良好思路。
In order to study the impact of the vibration isolation performance of the mount system on the vibration of the whole vehicle, a method that combines transfer path analysis and mount vibration isolation rate calculation is proposed.An SUV is taken as the research object to conduct a vibration test experiment, taking the seat rail as the target point, collecting the FRF and vibration acceleration signals of the mount active and passive ends and the response point in the vehicle under acceleration conditions, calculating the vibration isolation rate, and identifying the contribution of each transfer path to the target point.The results show that the method can determine the mount and its direction that has the greatest impact on the vehicle interior vibration, and provide a good idea for subsequent targeted optimization.
