SiC_(p)/Al复合材料微弧氧化膜微观形貌及耐蚀性研究 被引量:1

摘要 用电化学方法研究碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiC_(p)/Al)的微弧氧化膜在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性,以铝合金为对比;采用SEM、EDS和涂膜结合力检测等方法观察其膜层的微观形貌,测量其膜层附着力。研究结果显示:SiC_(p)/Al膜层在膜厚、膜基结合和表面微观形貌上皆优于铝合金;动电位极化曲线(Tafel)及电化学阻抗(EIS)测试结果表明,该膜层具有更低的腐蚀电流密度;SiC_(p)/Al微弧氧化膜表面有很多熔融堆积物,具有良好的附着力及耐蚀性。 The corrosion resistance of micro arc oxidation film of SiC particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite(SiC_(p)/Al)in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by electrochemical method.The microstructure of the film was observed by SEM,EDS and adhesion force of coating film, and the adhesion force of the film was measured.The results show that the film thickness, adhesion and surface morphology of aluminum matrix composite are better than that of aluminum alloy.The results of potentiodynamic polarization curve(Tafel)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)show that the film has lower corrosion current density.The results show that there are many molten deposits on the surface of micro arc oxidation film of aluminum matrix composite, and it has good adhesion and corrosion resistance.
