摘要 针对当前知识工程解决方案存在的不足,提出一种用图框表达产品设计知识,并形成设计知识流程的可视化定制技术。通过对产品设计知识的分类,归纳出构成设计知识的设计知识元,并根据不同设计知识元的特点设计不同形式的图框表达;分析由图框形成设计知识流程的几种典型结构形式,详细阐述其内涵。在此基础上,介绍基于知识的流程定制设计系统的开发原理。最后,以膜片弹簧离合器为例,在系统中定制其设计知识流程,通过推理得到设计参数,并驱动参数化模型形成新的设计实例。结果表明,该技术不仅实现了设计知识的直观表达,且使用简易、操作方便,可最大程度地实现知识重用,大大提高了设计效率。 In view of the shortcomings of the current knowledge engineering solutions, a visualization customization technology is proposed to express the product design knowledge with a picture frame and form the design knowledge flow.By classifying the product design knowledge, the design knowledge elements that constitute the design knowledge are summarized, and different forms of picture frame representation are designed according to the characteristics of different design knowledge elements.Several typical structural forms of design knowledge flow formed by graph frame are analyzed, and their connotations are expounded in detail.On this basis, the development principle of a knowledge-based process customization design system is introduced.Finally, taking the diaphragm spring clutch as an example, the design knowledge flow is customized in the system, the design parameters are obtained by reasoning, and the parameterized model is used to form a new design example.The results show that this technology not only realizes the intuitive expression of design knowledge but also is simple to use and operate, which can realize the knowledge reuse to the greatest extent and greatly improve the design efficiency.
