摘要
应用超高效液相色谱—三重四极杆质谱联用仪(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了地表水、地下水、工业废水中红霉素的分析方法。通过对淋洗液、色谱流动相等进行优化,确定以直接进样、乙腈为淋洗液、水(0.1%甲酸)—乙腈为流动相进行水样预处理和色谱分离。在最优条件下,目标物在水中的回收率为95.4%~114%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~9.0%。目标物化合物的线性范围为0.01~50.0μg/L,线性相关系数(R 2)不小于0.998。该方法具有检出限低、回收率高等优点,经实际样品测试,适用于水中红霉素的检测。
An analytical method for simultaneous determination of erythromycinA in environmental water samples was developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The pretreatment and chromatographic separation of water samples were determined with direct injection,acetonitrile as eluent and water(0.1%formic acid)-acetonitrile as mobile phase through the optimization of the eluent and chromatographic flow.Under the optimal conditions,the recoveries were 95.4%~114%with RSDs of 1.2%~9.0%.The linear range of the target compound was 0.01~50.0μg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient(R 2)was not less than 0.998.The method has the advantages of low detection limit and high recovery rate,and is suitable for the detection of erythromycin in water after the actual sample test.
