新疆火电厂颗粒物、SO_(2)、NO_(x)排放特征浅析

摘要 选取新疆16家总装机容量300 MW以上的火力发电站,通过对16家火电排放口污染物手工监测,数据分析结果表明:①超低排放改造前后排放水平颗粒物由8.4~24.1 mg/m^(3)降至3~21 mg/m^(3);SO 2由3~92 mg/m^(3)降至3~21 mg/m^(3);NO x由18~70 mg/m^(3)降至13~44 mg/m^(3)。超低排放改造前颗粒物、SO_(2)、NO_(x)浓度:北疆火电厂(1^(#)-9^(#))>东疆火电厂(10^(#)-13^(#))>南疆火电厂(14^(#)-16^(#)),改造后为:北疆火电厂(1^(#)-9^(#))>南疆火电厂(14^(#)-16^(#))>东疆火电厂(10^(#)-13^(#))。②在相同负荷、环保设施,不同装机容量的情况下,装机容量较大的电厂较装机容量小的电厂污染物排放浓度有所降低。③同台机组,在不同负荷情况下监测结果显示,高负荷排口污染物浓度低于低负荷排口污染物浓度。 16 thermal power stations in Xinjiang with a total installed capacity of more than 300 MW were selected for manual monitoring of pollutants from 16 thermal power outlets.The data analysis results show that:①before and after the transformation,the emission level of particulate matter decreased from 8.4~24.1 mg/m^(3)to 3~21 mg/m^(3),the emission level of SO 2 decreased from^(3)~92 mg/m^(3)to 3~21 mg/m^(3),the emission level of NO x decreased from 18~70 mg/m^(3)to 13~44 mg/m^(3).Before the transformation of ultra-low emission,the concentration of particulate matter,SO 2,NO x is ranked as Northern Xinjiang thermal power plant(1^(#)-9^(#))>Eastern Xinjiang thermal power plant(10^(#)-13^(#))>Southern Xinjiang thermal power plant(14^(#)-16^(#));after the transformation,it is ranked as Northern Xinjiang thermal power plant(1^(#)-9^(#))>Southern Xinjiang thermal power plant(14^(#)-16^(#))>Eastern Xinjiang thermal power plant(10^(#)-13^(#)).②Under the conditions of the same load,environmental protection facilities and different installed capacity,the pollutant emission concentration of the power plant with larger installed capacity is reduced compared with that of the power plant with smaller installed capacity.③In the same unit,the monitoring results under different loads show that the concentration of pollutants at the high-load outlet is lower than the concentration of pollutants at the low-load outlet.
