Vitapex糊剂在乳牙根管治疗中的应用效果

Application Effects of Vitapex Paste in Root Canal Treatment of Deciduous Teeth

目的探讨Vitapex糊剂在乳牙根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月医院收治的行乳牙根管治疗的患儿86例(100颗患牙),随机分为对照组(44例)和试验组(42例),每组50颗患牙。对照组采用常规碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填,试验组采用Vitapex糊剂充填,比较两组治疗前和治疗后1周的根管内内毒素测定值,治疗前及治疗后3个月的血清炎症介质水平,以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组根管内内毒素测定值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1周,两组根管内内毒素测定值均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清炎症介质水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清炎症介质水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳牙根管治疗中采用Vitapex糊剂充填的效果优于常规碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂,且可有效降低根管内内毒素测定值,促进牙本质及骨组织的再生,提高治疗总有效率。

Objective The application effects of Vitapex paste in root canal treatment of deciduous teeth were investigated.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,86 children(100 affected teeth)who received root canal treatment in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group(44 cases)and an test group(42 cases),with 50 affected teeth in each group.The control group was filled with conventional zinc oxide iodoform clove oil paste,while the test group was filled with Vitapex paste.The endotoxin measured in the root canal before and 1 week after treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory mediators before and 3 months after treatment,and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endotoxin values between the two groups(P>0.05);One week after treatment,endotoxin values in root canals of both groups were lower than before treatment,and that of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of serum inflammatory mediators between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory mediators in both groups were lower than before treatment,and that of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste is better than conventional zinc oxide iodoform clove oil paste in filling the root canal of deciduous teeth,and it can effectively reduce the endotoxin measurement values,promote the regeneration of dentin and bone tissue,and improve the total effective rate.
