摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对ICU患者医疗器械相关性压力性损伤(MDRPI)的预防效果。方法选取2017年10月至2020年10月广州市第一人民医院ICU收治的重症患者68例作为研究对象,根据入ICU的时间分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受集束化护理,比较两组MDRPI发生率和发生时间及满意度。结果观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期MDRPI发生率分别为14.71%、5.88%、0.00%,均低于对照组的38.24%、26.47%、14.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅳ期MDRPI发生率为0.00%,对照组为8.82%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组MDRPI发生时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的88.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU患者中实施集束化护理的效果显著,可明显降低MDRPI的发生程度与发生率,延长MDRPI的发生时间,并可提升患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective The prevention effects of bundles of care for patients in ICU from medical device related pressure injury(MDRPI)were explored.Methods A total of 68 critically ill patients who received treatment in ICU in Guangzhou First People's Hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the subjects in this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the time when they entered the ICU for treatment,with 34 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received bundles of care.The incidence and occurrence time of MDRPI and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of MDRPI in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ stages of the observation group were 14.71%,5.88%,0.00%,and they were all lower than those of the control group(38.24%,26.47%,14.71%),and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05);When the incidences of MDRPI inⅣstage of the observation group(0.00%)and control group(8.82%)were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The occurrence time of MDRPI in the observation was later than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total patients'satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(88.24%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of bundles of care applied in ICU patients were obvious,with the degree and incidence of MDRPI reduced,the occurrence time of MDRPI delayed,and patients'satisfaction improved.
