摘要
本文主要分析了电子产品包装的现状和发展趋势,针对游戏机物性、流通环境及防护要求,设计了游戏机缓冲运输包装结构。为了验证包装件的缓冲防护性能,对包装机进行从角跌落面跌落以及棱跌落三方面的有限元仿真分析,缩短了设计周期及节约成本,对电子类产品的运输包装设计具有参考意义。
This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and development trend of electronic product packaging,and designs the cushioning transportation packaging structure of game machine according to the physical properties,circulation environment and protection requirements of game machine.In order to verify the cushioning protection performance,the finite element simulation analysis of the packaging machine is carried out from three aspects:corner drop and edge drop,which shortens the design cycle and saves cost,which is of reference significance for the transportation packaging design of electronic products.
