水解酸化+A/O法处理洗塑废水工程案例

摘要 针对湖南省某资源再生公司PET瓶清洗废水的特性,采用“水解酸化+A/O”工艺进行处理。实际运行表明,出水水质能稳定达到《城市污水处理厂综合污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B排放要求。项目总投资71.39万元,每吨污水综合处理运行费用1.66元,为其它洗塑废水处理提供了良好的示范。 The process of anaerobic acidification and anaerobic and aerobic was used for treating the polyethylene terephthalate(PET)bottle washing wastewater from a resource recycling company in Shanxi province,according to the characteristics of its own.The operation results showed that the effluent quality could meet the discharge requirements of the discharge standard of Discharge standard of comprehensive pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002)Level I B.The total investment of the project was 713900 yuan,and the operation cost of comprehensive wastewater treatment was 1.66 yuan per ton wastewater,which can provide demonstration for other similar plastic washing wastewater treatment projects.
