通过融合政务和企事业单位数据,基于大数据机器学习,构造指数预测模型,构建可计算的复工复产指数。对受疫情影响的社会经济生活进行模拟,量化分析疫情对各个经济主体和行业的影响,结合政策资源辅助支撑复工复产精准施策,探索城市精细化管理新路线。

In this paper,by integrating the data of government affairs,enterprises and public institutions,based on big data machine learning,the index prediction model is constructed,and a computable index is constructed.Through the work resumption index,the social and economic activities affected by the epidemic was simulated,the impact of the epidemic on various economic subjects and industries was quantitatively analyzed,and precise policies were adopted to support the resumption of work and production and city refine management path combined with policy resources.
