摘要
针对某成品油销售企业中的对标管理中存在的缺少指标标准化管理、数据难以共享等问题,提出了该企业对标管理中建立大数据共享平台和数据共享机制,重点介绍了大数据共享平台架构及数据源、统一存储平台、统一加工区、总部租户区、平台管理区、应用层模块功能,并对建立数据共享机制存在的关键问题及数据共享模式进行了阐述,对成品油销售企业对标管理具有一定参考意义。
In view of the data island problem that Lack of standardized management of indicators,data is difficult to share which is existing in benchmarking management in some refined oil sales enterprise,this paper firstly proposes to establish a big data sharing platform and data sharing mechanism.Then,it concentrates on the big data sharing platform architecture and data source,unified storage platform,unified processing zone,headquarters tenant area,platform management area and application layer module functions.Subsequently,it explains the key problems in the establishment of data sharing mechanism and analyzes data sharing mode.Moreover,the current study provides a reference for refined oil sales enterprises in terms of benchmarking management.
