摘要
文中以某款增程式电动乘用车为研究背景,介绍了增程式混合动力乘用车动力系统架构和整车运行模式;对汽油发动机气态排放物生成机理进行了阐述;结合该车实际排放表现进行了有针对性的优化,包括冷起动空燃比控制策略、发动机暖机工况策略等.通过发动机和整车控制策略的优化使其排放表现符合国家六阶段排放法规要求.
This paper is based on a REEV(Range Extend Electric Vehicle)passenger car.Firstly,the REEV powertrain structure and running mode was introduced.Then,the formation mechanism of gaseous emission from gasoline engine was described.At last,the emission was optimized according to the real emission performance of the vehicle.These methods including cold start air-fuel ration control,engine warm-up condition strategy and so on.The emission met the requirements of CN6 regulation standard through the optimization of the engine and vehicle control strategy.
