摘要
通过采用集成化、通用化、模块化的设计思路,进行动力系统的最优匹配与整车各系统合理化布置,实现了氢燃料电池系统、动力电池、电驱动等子系统的全面底盘布置,解决了市场现有厢式载货车后背式结构存在的货厢空间被侵占的痛点问题,其高集成度、全底盘布置、全尺寸货厢方案是新一代氢燃料电池轻型商用车的核心特征,可为相关氢燃料电池商用汽车产品与技术的发展提供可借鉴的思路与方向.
In this paper,highly integrated,generalized and modulated powertrain system was designed and optimized for a light cargo truck.The hydrogen fuel cell,power battery,electric drive were all integrated into the chassis to optimize the overall layout and improve the usage of the cargo space of light cargo truck.The core features of the new generation of hydrogen fuel cell light commercial vehicles are high integration,full chassis layout and full-size cargo compartment.The proposed idea is able to improve the development of hydrogen fuel cell products and technologies for commercial vehicles.
