摘要 整车控制器作为电动汽车控制系统的核心,其开发方式决定了控制程序软件代码的研发周期和成本.文中针对传统开发方式存在的周期长、成本高、难度大等问题,采用英飞凌XC2267M单片机研发了一种基于模型的软件开发方式,完成了整车控制器的硬件系统设计,基于Simulink软件及整车控制策略搭建了整车控制模型,实现了代码的自动生成.最后,将生成的代码下载至整车控制器并进行了实车测试,测试结果验证了代码的有效性. The vehicle control unit is the core of electric vehicle control system,and its development method determines the development cycle and cost of the vehicle control program.Aiming at the problems of long cycle,high cost and difficulty in the traditional development method,this paper used Infineon XC2267M microcontroller to develop the software based on Simulink model and completed the hardware design of the vehicle control unit.Based on Simulink software and the vehicle control strategy,the vehicle control model was established and the code was generated automatically.Then the generated code was downloaded to the vehicle control unit and the code was tested on the vehicle.The test results verified the validity of the code.
