摘要
主动减振器随着车辆在道路行驶状态的改变而实时调整阻尼特性,配备主动减振器的车辆进行道路模拟试验时,需实时控制主动减振器的阻尼特性,以使其符合车辆在试验台架上振动状态所要求的阻尼特性.本试验研究中,通过发送车辆CAN报文信号给悬架电子控制单元(ECU,Electronic Control Unit),由ECU计算并输出控制指令,实现对主动减振器阻尼状态的控制,求解系统频响函数,对主动减振器的车辆进行迭代,并对迭代后的台架响应信号与期望响应信号的时域、频域和伪损伤进行一致性分析.通过对比主动减振器控制与非控制状态下迭代后的台架响应信号,分析时域信号重合度与迭代误差,证明CAN报文仿真控制主动减振器的方法能够有效对配备主动减振器的车辆进行道路模拟试验.
The active damper adjusts the damping characteristics in real time with the change of vehicle driving state.It is necessary to control the damping characteristics of active damper in real time to meet the requirements of vehicle vibration state on the test bench,when road simulation test is conducted for vehicles with active damper.In this paper,The CAN message signals of the vehicle with regard to active damper control are sent to the suspension ECU,and then the control command is calculated by the ECU to control the damping state of the active damper.Frequency response function of the system is solved,and the vehicle equipped with active damper is iterated.The consistency in time domain,frequency domain and pseudo damage between the response signal and the expected signal are analyzed.By comparing the time-domain signal coincidence and iteration error of the response signals which iterated from in-control and non-control mode,it is proved that the method of CAN message simulation control of active damper can effectively carry out road simulation test on vehicles equipped with active damper.
