一种解决批量市场故障的敏捷验证方法

摘要 在高效快速发展的当今社会,随着发动机排放升级、性能提升、本体强化、成本降低等工作的开展,发动机降故障率工作成为一项持续开展的工作.为避免传统方法的弊端,文中提出了一种多功能小组全员参与的敏捷验证方法,零部件供方、发动机厂商、客户代表和服务人员等各方成员参与,涵盖设计、工艺、试验、销售、采购、服务、终端用户等各环节,在终端市场直接验证试验方案,验证环境与使用环境完全匹配,得到的验证结果零差异.考核分为5个关键阶段:客户提前介入的零部件同比考核、工艺参与的发动机简化考核、定制客户群的敏捷市场验证、小批市场验证、批量切换.在某重型发动机外围件的市场故障解决的成功实践证明,因其极高的时效性和高回报率,面向客户定制的敏捷验证,更加适应快节奏发展的当今工业化时代,随着智能化程度的提升,其优势会更加凸显. Nowadays,with the increased interest in emission reduction,performance improvement,high power density,cost reduction of the engine,failure rate reduction has become a continuous work.In order to avoid the disadvantage of traditional mass market failure solution,an agile validation method with multi-functional group participation is proposed.The multi-functional group is composed of supplier,engine manufacturer,customer representative,servicer,etc.The validation covers multiple nodes such as design,process,test,sale,purchasing,service and end user application.The program is validated at the end market where the test conditions represent the real working conditions,which increases the fidelity of the validation method.The validation is divided into 5 segmentations:base-on-base part assessment with customer participation,reducible engine test with process participation,agile market validation with customized customer base,short run market validation and mass switch.Experience shows that the agile validation method aimed to solve mass market failure is more suitable to the rapid developed industrial age due to its high efficient and performance.With the development of AI,its advantage will be more obvious.
