摘要
针对传统低压配电柜门安全系数低、开启不方便等问题,设计了一种低压配电柜专用智能开关系统,采用AT89C51单片机及其外围电路作为控制单元,辅接以温度监测单元、开关控制单元、遥控单元、警示单元等系统模块,并通过C语言编程软件,实现了远程遥控开启、溢值报警、自动弹射等功能,有效避免开门时运维人员与电柜门的直接接触,此外,运维人员可通过显示屏查看电柜门内动态监测温度,系统控制稳定,实用性强。
Aiming at the problems of low safety factor and inconvenient opening of traditional low-voltage distribution cabinet door,a special intelligent switch system for low-voltage distribution cabinet is designed.AT89C51 single chip microcomputer and its peripheral circuit are used as the control unit,supplemented by temperature monitoring unit,switch control unit,remote control unit,warning unit and other system modules.Through C language programming software,the remote control opening is realized In addition,the technician can view the dynamic monitoring temperature inside the electric cabinet door through the display screen.The system is stable and practical.
