摘要
以电火花加工为例提出了一种实现敏捷制造技术的新方法。这种方法基于人工智能及因特网技术与传统制造技术的集成 ,通过网络化电火花加工工艺智能决策系统的软件以低成本远程快速的使用设计制造专家知识 ,从而实现设计制造的敏捷化。专家知识包括电火花加工工艺参数的智能选择及推理。通过因特网选择不同应用的加工条件与专家进行动态交互。本文得出结论 ,基于人工智能技术及因特网的敏捷制造技术的未来应用具有潜在的利益。
This paper presents a new approach to implementing agile design and manufacturing concepts in the case of EDM (electrical discharge manufacturing). The approach is based on the integration of artificial intelligent (AI) and Internet technologies with the conventional design and manufacturing techniques. An intelligent decision-making system for EDM technology is proposed for remotely and quickly accessing design and manufacturing expertise at low cost and thus implementing design and manufacturing agility. The expertise includes the intelligent selection and reasoning of technological parameter in EDM. The expertise can be accessed globally through the Internet interface with the selection of the different machining conditions for a specific application. The paper concludes with a discussion it exists the potential benefits of the future applications of AI and Internet based agile manufacturing technology in industry.
