摘要 针对金属结构发射筒筒体重量大、耐腐蚀性差、焊接易变形、设计自由度差等问题,开展了碳纤维增强复合材料发射筒的设计研究,以满足武器系统对发射筒的体积、重量、环境适应性等提出的更为严格的要求。采用碳纤维增强复合材料及钢内衬,通过结构优化和功能性铺层设计,赋予了发射筒筒体良好的轻质高强特性。研制的发射筒通过气密、水压、吊装、运输和发射等试验考核,验证了设计结果的正确性。 For the problems of metal launch tube structure,such as large weight,poor corrosion resistance,easy deformation of welding and less freedom in design,the design of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)composite launch tube was researched to meet the more stringent requirements of weapon system for the volume,weight and environmental adaptability of the launch tube.In this research,CFRP and steel lining were used for main body.Through structural optimization and functional laying design,it gives good light weight and high strength characteristics to the main body of launch tube.Relevant tests such as air test,water pressure test,hoisting test,transportation test and launching test were completed,which verified the correctness of the design.
