乡村振兴与旅居养老融合路径研究

Rural Revitalization and Sojourn for the Aged:A Study on Integration Approaches

伴随着中国逐渐步入老龄化社会,积极探索老龄人口的养老模式成为当下中国面临的重要课题。对于庞大的乐龄群体而言,乡村旅居养老模式既符合老年人的休闲养生要求,又契合了乡村振兴的国家战略。但现阶段乡村旅居产品未聚焦“健康”“安全”概念,且专业人才缺乏,适老化环境设计缺失,导致乡村旅居养老模式陷入困境。为推动乡村振兴与旅居养老模式的深度融合,必须构建起既懂乡村又懂养老的专业化人才队伍,依托健康、情感导向开发旅居产品,完成老年环境友好型社区改造,实现乡村发展与乐龄群体健康养老的双赢。

With China gradually stepping into the aging society,it has become an important issue for China to actively explore the old-age support mode for the aging population.For a large group of seniors,the rural travel and residence pension model not only meets the elderly's leisure and health requirements,but also conforms to the national strategy of rural revitalization.However,the concept of"health"and"safety"has not been focused on in the current rural travel and residence products,and the lack of professional talents and the lack of design for aging environment has led to the dilemma of the rural travel and residence pension model.In order to promote the deep integration of rural revitalization and travel and pension model,it is necessary to build a team of professional talents who both understand the countryside and the pension,develop travel and residence products based on health and emotional orientation,and complete the transformation of the elderly environmentally friendly community,so as to achieve a win-win situation between rural development and the health and pension of the age group.
