摘要
乡村骨干教师是支撑和推动乡村中小学教育教学的中坚力量。乡村骨干教师的成长受到教师的人格特点、专业素养与发展环境等要素的影响。学校是教师生活和工作的场所,基于“学校现场”的“双导师制”、同伴合作和教学反思等应成为培养乡村骨干教师的主要策略。
Backbone rural school teachers constitute the core force for supporting and facilitating the improvement of rural primary and secondary education.Their growth is affected by such key elements as their personality traits,professional attainments,the environment for their professional development,and so on.The school is where teachers live and work.The“double-tutor system”based on the real scenes in schools,peer collaboration and teaching reflection ought to become the main strategies for promoting their professional growth.
