摘要
乡村名师培养是乡村学校师资队伍建设的重要手段。通过SWOT模型分析,当下乡村名师专业发展的优势是:职业环境简单淳朴、专业发展意识较强、富有教学改革热情;劣势是:缺乏强有力支持、专业发展空间受限、“高原”现象明显、身心面临巨大压力;机遇是:国家政策支持力度不断加大、教师培训机制不断完善、信息技术支撑水平不断提高;挑战是:交通与信息闭塞、交流成本较高,财力资源匮乏、基础设施条件较差,工学矛盾较突出。为此,应采取4个方面的策略推动乡村名师的专业发展:聚合优势,激发内驱动力,加强专业引领,形成独特风格;克服劣势,加大培训力度,建设培养共同体;抓住机遇,制定专业发展规划,提升信息技术素养;应对挑战,共同推进政策落地,建立名师传承机制。
The training of accomplished rural school teachers is an important part of the teaching staff construction in rural schools.Through SWOT model analysis,currently,the advantages of professional development of rural teachers are simple and honest professional environment,strong sense of professional development,and full of enthusiasm for teaching reform;The disadvantages are lack of strong support,limited space for professional development,obvious“Plateau”phenomenon,and great pressure on body and mind;The opportunity is that the national policy support is constantly increasing,and the teacher training mechanism is constantly improving,Continuous improvement of information technology support level;The challenge is that traffic information is blocked,communication costs are high,financial resources are scarce,infrastructure conditions are poor,and the contradiction between work and study is prominent.For this reason,at present,the professional development of famous teachers in rural areas should adopt four training strategies:Gather advantages,stimulate internal driving force,strengthen professional guidance,and form a unique style;We should overcome the disadvantages,strengthen the training and build the training community;Seize the opportunity,formulate professional development plan,and improve information technology literacy;To meet the challenges,jointly promote the implementation of policies and establish the inheritance mechanism of famous teachers.
