摘要 主要介绍5G终端在RRC inactive状态下降低上行小包数据的传输时延的实现方法。基于不同的上行小包数据的传输业务特征,识别可以进入Inactive状态的终端。根据终端的业务特征和终端的TA是否变化或终端是否移动,进一步确定终端适合的可降低上行数据时延的两种方法,即选择在随机接入信令消息中携带上行小包数据的时延降低方法,或选择预分配无线资源给上行小包数据的时延降低方法,从而实现降低上行小包数据传输时延的目的。 This paper introduces the implementation method of reducing the transmission delay of uplink small packet data in RRC inactive state of the 5G terminal.Firstly,based on the transmission service characteristics of different uplink small packet data,the terminal that can enter the Inactive state is identified.Then,according to the service characteristics of the terminal and whether the TA of the terminal changes or whether the terminal is moving,two methods suitable for the terminal to reduce the uplink data delay are further determined.They are respectively selecting the method of reducing the delay of carrying uplink small packet data in the random access signaling message,or selecting the method of reducing the delay of pre-allocating radio resources to the uplink small packet data,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the transmission delay of the uplink small packet data.
