摘要
近年来,由于移动业务的高速发展,运营商越来越需要易于扩展、高可靠性、高并发性的CRM(客户关系管理系统,Customer Relationship Management)系统,而传统的CRM系统架构难以满足要求。随着通信和互联网业务的爆发式增长和硬件设施的云化,出现了越来越多的开源软件和系统架构可供使用。从业界流行的系统架构出发,分析移动运营商CRM架构的发展趋势。
In recent years,due to the rapid development of mobile services,operators increasingly need a CRM(Customer Relationship Management)system that is easy to expand,highly reliable,and highly concurrency.However,the traditional CRM system architecture is difficult to meet the requirements.In addition,with the explosive growth of communications and Internet services and the cloudization of hardware facilities,more and more open source software and system architectures are available.Based on the popular system architecture,this paper analyzes the development trend of mobile carriers’CRM architecture.
