针对野战方舱医院病房单元配置治疗车存在物品储存空间不足,可存放静脉输液用物品基数少,不能满足大批量伤员救治需求;物品存放分类不清、缺少标识,一次性使用无菌物品与非无菌物品混放;治疗台面易受污染、缺少有效保护设施等问题,在原有治疗车基础上进行改进设计。改进后的治疗车物品存放空间充足,静脉输液用物品基数满足大批量伤员救治需求,无菌物品与非无菌物品分类明确、取用方便,保护罩有效降低了治疗台污染风险。

Due to the shortage of storage space of items in the treatment vehicles of ward units in the field cabin hospital and the low storage base of items for intravenous infusion,it cannot meet the treatment needs of large number of wounded and sick people.The storage of goods is not classified,there is no label,disposable sterile goods and non-sterile goods mixed.The treatment table easy to be polluted,lack of effective protection facilities,and other problems to improve the design.The design is improved on the basis of the original treatment vehicle.The improved treatment vehicle has a reasonable design,sufficient storage space,a large number of items used for intravenous infusion to meet the treatment needs of large number of patients,clear classification of sterile items and non-sterile items,convenient access,and a protective cover effectively reduces the pollution risk of the treatment table.The treatment vehicle can meet the needs of field treatment and improve the medical service support capability of the field cabin hospital.
