氟氯氰菊酯对大鼠血常规的影响

摘要 目的观察氟氯氰菊酯灌胃6周对雄性Wistar大鼠血常规影响,为后续实验提供理论依据。方法将Wistar雄性SPF级大鼠40只,按照随机数字表法,根据大鼠氟氯氰菊酯LD50,空白对照组给予100 mg·kg^(-1)生理盐水及玉米油进行灌胃;低、中、高剂量组大鼠体质量每1 kg分别给予6.25 mg、12.50 mg和25.00 mg氟氯氰菊酯,连续6周,应用全自动血细胞分析仪检测大鼠血常规指标。结果经氟氯氰菊酯农药灌胃6周后,大鼠暴露腹部后,肉眼观可发现随着农药灌胃剂量的增大,大鼠腹腔内肠系膜血管逐渐变暗,可能有血运障碍发生。对于大鼠血常规的检测发现,白细胞计数升高,低、中、高剂量组均高于对照组(P均<0.05),高剂量组白细胞计数高于中、低剂量组(P均<0.05)。结论不同浓度氟氯氰菊酯对大鼠的白细胞均可产生影响,发生炎症反应。炎症反应与神经系统疾病之间的关系密切。 Objective To observe the effect of cyfluthrin on blood routine in male Wistar rats for 6 weeks,so as to provide theoretical basis for subsequent experiments.Methods Forty Wistar male SPF rats were given according to the random number table method and the rat cyfluthrin LD50.The blank control group was given 100 mg·kg^(-1) saline and corn oil,the low,medium,and high dose groups were given 6.25 mg,12.50 mg,25.00 mg cyfluthrin per 1 kg rat body weight,respectively.for 6 weeks.An automatic blood cell analyzer was used to detect blood routine indicators in rats.Results After 6 weeks of intragastric administration with cyfluthrin pesticide and the rats were exposed to the abdomen,it could be seen from the naked eye that with the increase of the pesticide dosage,the mesenteric blood vessels in the rats'abdominal cavity gradually darkened,and blood flow disorders may occur.The blood routine test of rats found that the white blood cell count was significantly increased.There was a statistically significant difference between the low,medium and high groups and the control group(P all<0.05).The white blood cell count of the high-dose group was higher than that of the medium and low-dose groups(P all<0.05).Conclusion Different concentrations of cyfluthrin can affect the white blood cells of rats and cause inflammation.The inflammatory response is closely related to neurological diseases.
