肠道菌群与多囊卵巢综合征关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种影响生殖、内分泌及代谢的疾病,在育龄期女性中常见,无有效治愈方式。目前较多研究表明PCOS与人体内微生物环境息息相关。人体内最多的微生物群存在于肠道中,在机体正常生理活动中扮演着重要角色,起着营养、代谢、免疫及屏障等重要作用。肠道微生物可通过一系列过程调节内分泌及机体代谢,参与PCOS的发生与发展。本文简要回顾分析目前有关肠道微生物与PCOS发病发展的关系,为PCOS的防治提供新方向。 Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a disease that affects reproduction,endocrine and metabolism.It is common in women of childbearing age,and there is no effective cure.At present,many studies show that PCOS is closely related to the human microbial environment.The largest number of microorganisms in the human body exists in the gut,which plays an important role in the normal physiological activities of the body,such as nutrition,metabolism,immunity and barrier.Intestinal microorganisms can regulate endocrine and metabolism through a series of processes,and participate in the occurrence and development of PCOS.This paper briefly reviews the relationship between intestinal microorganisms and the development of PCOS,and provides a new direction for the prevention and treatment of PCOS.
