252例新生儿血清骨代谢标志物与生长指标的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解新生儿骨代谢标志物水平,分析其与身长、体质量、头围、胸围的关系,探讨新生儿血清骨代谢标志物与生长指标之间的关联。方法选取252例新生儿为研究对象,检测25-羟维生素D及血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)水平,并分析其与孕周、身长、体质量、头围、胸围等的关系。结果不同胎龄各骨代谢标志物ALP、Ca、P等水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),不同体质量新生儿血清K、Ca水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。极低出生体重(VLBW)组及低出生体重(LBW)组新生儿K水平高于巨大儿(MA)组;正常出生体重(NBW)组与MA组Ca水平高于LBW组与VLBW组(P均<0.05)。相关性分析发现,身长与Ca、VD水平呈正相关,体质量与K、ALP水平呈负相关,孕周与ALP及K水平呈负相关,与Na、Ca和VD呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论新生儿血清骨代谢标志物与孕周、身长及出生体质量有关。 Objective To understand the serum distribution level of bone metabolism markers of newborns in Yinchuan area,analyze their relationship with body length,weight,head circumference and chest circumference,and to explore the relationship between neonatal serum bone metabolism markers and growth indicators.Methods Totally 252 newborns were selected as the research objects,25-hydroxyvitamin D and serum ALP,K,Na,Ca,P,Mg levels were detected,the relationship with gestational age,body length,body weight,head circumference,chest circumference,etc was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the bone metabolism markers ALP,Ca,P,etc(P all<0.05).Under different gestational weeks,significant differences were found in serum K and Ca levels among newborns of different weight groups(P all<0.05).The blood potassium of newborns in the VLBW and LBW groups is higher than that in the NBW and MA groups;Ca levels in NBW and MA groups were significantly higher than those in LBW and VLBW groups(P all<0.05).In the correlation analysis,it was found that body length was positively correlated with Ca and VD levels,and body weight was negatively correlated with K and ALP levels.Gestational week was negatively correlated with ALP and K concentration,and positively correlated with Na,Ca and VD(P all<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal serum bone metabolism markers are related to gestational age,body length and birth weight.
