日粮添加葡聚糖对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化及肉品质的影响

摘要 文章旨在探讨日粮添加不同水平的葡聚糖对肉鸡生长性能、组织器官重量、血清抗氧化及胸肌品质的影响。试验选择平均初始体重为(58.02±0.35)g的商品肉仔鸡560只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复28只。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,处理组日粮分别在基础日粮中添加20、40和60 mg/kg葡聚糖,试验为期42 d。结果:与对照组相比,40 mg/kg葡聚糖组42 d肉鸡的末重显著提高2.26%(P<0.05)。此外40 mg/kg葡聚糖组22~42 d和1~42 d肉鸡的饲料效率较对照组分别显著提高9.52%和6.15%(P<0.05)。处理组肉鸡脾脏重量较对照组分别显著提高8.33%、7.14%和6.55%(P<0.05)。处理组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性分别较对照组显著提高33.99%、39.72%、35.68%(P<0.05)以及38.30%、41.70%、31.92%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,40和60 mg/kg葡聚糖组肉鸡血清丙二醛含量分别显著降低51.23%和50.14%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,40和60 mg/kg葡聚糖组胸肌滴水损失分别显著降低31.89%和28.06%(P<0.05),处理组胸肌蒸煮损失分别显著降低24.19%、26.33%和23.18%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加葡聚糖可以显著改善肉鸡胸肌的滴水和蒸煮损失以及血清抗氧化性能,其中40 mg/kg葡聚糖可以显著提高1~42 d肉鸡的饲料报酬。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of glucan at different levels on growth performance,tissue and organ weight,serum antioxidant status and pectoral muscle quality of broilers.560 commercial broilers with an average initial weight of 58.02±0.35g were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 28 in each replicate.The control group was fed a corn-soybean meal diet,and the treatment group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 20,40 and 60 mg/kg glucan for 42 days.Results:Compared with the control group,the total weight of 42-day broilers in the 40 mg/kg dextran group was significantly increased by 2.26%(P<0.05).In addition,the feed efficiency of broilers at 22~42 d and 1~42 d in the 40 mg/kg dextran group was significantly increased by 9.52%and 6.15%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The spleen weight of broiler chickens in the treatment group was significantly increased by 8.33%,7.14%and 6.55%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The activities of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in the treated group were significantly increased by 33.99%,39.72%,35.68%(P<0.05)and 38.30%,41.70%,31.92%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with the control group.Compared with the control group,the serum malondialdehyde content of broiler chickens in the 40 and 60 mg/kg dextran groups was significantly reduced by 51.23%and 50.14%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the loss of pectomic drip loss in the 40 and 60 mg/kg dextran group was reduced by 31.89%and 28.06%,respectively(P<0.05),and the loss of pectomic cooking loss in the treatment group was reduced by 24.19%,26.33%and 23.18%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study,dietary supplementation with dextran significantly improved the loss of drips and cooking as well as serum antioxidant properties of broiler pectorals,and 40 mg/kg dextran significantly increased the feed returns of broiler chickens for 1~42 days.
