日粮维生素D_(3)水平对肉兔生长性能、养分消化及血液指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of dietary vitamin D_(3) levels on growth performance,nutrient digestion and blood indices of meat rabbits

摘要 文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的维生素D_(3)对肉兔生长性能、养分表观消化率、肌肉成分及血清生化指标的影响。试验选择35 d断奶、平均初始体重为(893.48±8.06)g的肉兔120只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂不添加维生素D_(3)的基础日粮,T1和T2组分别饲料基础日粮+400和800 IU/kg维生素D_(3)的日粮,试验分为35~49 d和50~63 d两个阶段共4周。结果:与对照组相比,T1和T2组肉兔35~63 d平均日增重分别显著提高3.43%和3.0%(P<0.05),而T2组肉兔35~49 d料重比较对照组和T1组分别显著降低7.66%和7.29%(P<0.05),同时T2组肉兔35~63 d料重比较对照组显著降低2.92%(P<0.05)。T1和T2组干物质表观消化率较对照组分别显著提高14.37%和12.81%(P<0.05),T1组有机物表观消化率较对照组显著提高10.24%(P<0.05)。此外,T1和T2组氮摄入量较对照组分别显著提高10.4%和9.25%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,T1和T2组血清磷浓度分别显著提高27.07%和23.68%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮补充400~800 IU/kg维生素D_(3)提高了干物质表观消化率及血清磷浓度,其中800 IU/kg维生素D_(3)可以使35~63 d肉兔饲料效率达到最佳。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of different levels of vitamin D_(3) on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,muscle composition and serum biochemical indices of meat rabbits.A total of 120 meat rabbits weaned at 35 days with an average initial body weight of(893.48±8.06)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 rabbits per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet without vitamin D_(3),and the T1 and T2 groups were fed the basal diet+400 and 800 IU/kg vitamin D_(3),respectively.The experiment was divided into two stages,35~49 d and 50~63 d,for 4 weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,the average daily gain of meat rabbits in T1 and T2 groups during 35~63 days was significantly increased by 3.43%and 3.0%(P<0.05),while the feed intake and weight gain ratio of meat rabbits in T2 group during 35~49 days was significantly decreased by 7.66%and 7.29%(P<0.05),and the feed intake and weight gain ratio of meat rabbits in T2 group during 35~63 days was significantly decreased by 2.92%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter in T1 and T2 groups were significantly increased by 14.37%and 12.81%(P<0.05),respectively,and the apparent digestibility of organic matter in T1 group was significantly increased by 10.24%(P<0.05).In addition,nitrogen intake in T1 and T2 groups was significantly increased by 10.4%and 9.25%compared with control group(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,serum phosphorus concentration in T1 and T2 groups were significantly increased by 27.07%and 23.68%(P<0.05),respectively.In conclusion:Dietary supplementation of 400~800 IU/kg vitamin D_(3) can improve the apparent digestibility of dry matter and serum phosphorus concentration,and 800 IU/kg vitamin D_(3) can achieve the best feed efficiency for 35~63 d meat rabbits.
