绩效体系在饲料人力资源管理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,饲料企业越发重视人力资源在企业经营发展中的重要作用,建立合理、科学、公平的绩效体系是提升人力资源管理水平的重要内容之一。建立科学公平的绩效体系有利于饲料企业合理配置饲料企业人才资源;有助于提高员工工作积极性,保持人才队伍活力;有助于提高饲料企业经营效率,达成经营目标。但当前绩效体系在饲料企业人力资源管理中应用还存在以下问题:一是绩效体系设计不科学;二是未形成成熟的绩效体系制度,绩效体系弹性大;三是奖惩体系不完善。针对于此,文章提出了饲料企业绩效体系发展策略,首先是确定绩效体系基本原则,其次是选择适宜的绩效考核方法,最后是确定绩效考核指标及计算指标权重。 In recent years,feed enterprises pay more and more attention to the important role of human resources in the development of enterprise management.To establish a reasonable,scientific and fair performance system is one of the important contents to improve the level of human resource management.The establishment of a scientific and fair performance system is conducive to the rational allocation of human resources in feed enterprises,the improvement of staff enthusiasm,the maintenance of talent vitality,the improvement of operational efficiency and the achievement of operational objectives.But at present,there are still the following main problems in the application of performance system in human resource management of feed enterprises:first,the design of performance system is not scientific;second,the mature performance system has not been formed,and the performance system is flexible;third,the reward and punishment system is not perfect.In view of this,this paper puts forward the development strategy of feed enterprise performance system,first is to determine the basic principles of performance system,second is to select the appropriate performance appraisal method,and finally is to determine the performance appraisal index and calculate the index weight.
