乡镇集体饲料企业发展模式对乡村扶贫的助力研究

Research on the development mode of township collective feed enterprises to help rural poverty alleviation

全面建成小康社会的目标已经完成,目前脱贫攻坚任务已基本完成,但仍然需要不断的改进和完善。乡镇集体饲料企业的发展还存在一些问题,虽然在一定程度上通过产业扶贫、提供劳动岗位等助力乡村扶贫事业发展,但还存在规模小、管理意识差、发展思路受限等问题,这些问题都与助力乡村扶贫事业息息相关,因此,本文提出从4个方面实现乡镇集体饲料企业对乡村扶贫的助力,如积极引领乡镇饲料企业带动乡村扶贫、开发多模式养殖扶贫项目、努力加强自身建设及实现合作共赢等。希望本文能为从事饲料行业或从事扶贫事业的管理者提供一些发展思路,使得乡镇集体饲料企业与乡村扶贫事业取得更好的发展。

The goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way has been completed,and the task of poverty alleviation has been basically completed,but it still needs continuous improvement and perfection.There are still some problems in the development of township collective feed enterprises.Although they can help the development of rural poverty alleviation through industrial poverty alleviation and providing labor posts to a certain extent,there are still some problems such as small scale,poor management awareness and limited development ideas.These problems are closely related to rural poverty alleviation.Therefore,this paper puts forward four ways to realize township collective feed enterprises For example,actively leading Township feed enterprises to drive rural poverty alleviation,developing multi-mode breeding poverty alleviation projects,striving to strengthen self construction and achieving win-win cooperation.I hope this paper can provide some development ideas for managers engaged in feed industry or poverty alleviation,so that the township collective feed enterprises and rural poverty alleviation can achieve better development.
