日粮添加葵花粕和复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、小肠形态及胴体性状及经济效益的影响 被引量:6

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加葵花粕和复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、小肠绒毛形态及胴体性状的影响。试验将1 d、平均初始体重为(53.22±1.11)g的544只商品肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复34只,开展为期42 d的饲养试验。试验日粮采用2×2因子设计,即葵花粕添加水平为0和20%,复合酶添加水平为0和200 mg/kg,分别对应T1~T4组。结果:T2组42 d肉鸡的体重较T1和T3组分别显著降低3.23%和3.04%(P<0.05),同时T2组22~42 d肉鸡的平均日增重较T1、T3和T4组分别显著降低4.38%、3.95%和3.23%(P<0.05),但T2组22~42 d肉鸡料重比较T1和T4组分别显著提高2.96%和2.96%(P<0.05)。T2组肉鸡空肠绒毛高度较T1和T3组分别显著降低18.16%和18.96%(P<0.05),但该组隐窝深度较其他组分别显著提高6.74%、8.21%和5.77%(P<0.05)。与T2组相比,T3和T4组肉鸡胰腺占比分别显著提高16.67%和20.83%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加20%葵花粕同时补充200 mg/kg复合酶后可以改善肉鸡生长后期的饲料效率,降低空肠隐窝深度,提高胰腺相对重量,提高肉鸡生产的经济效益。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of sunflower meal supplementation and compound enzymes on growth performance,villi morphology and carcass traits of broiler.A total of 544 commercial broilers with a 1~day average initial body weight of(53.22±1.11)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 34 broilers per replicate.The feeding experiment lasted for 42 days.A 2×2 factor design was used in the experiment diet,sunflower meal supplemental levels were 0 and 20%,and complex enzyme supplemental levels were 0 and 200 mg/kg,respectively,corresponding to T1~T4 groups.Results:chicken weight than T1 and T2 group of 42 d T3 group significantly decreased 3.23%and 3.04%respectively(P<0.05),and at the same time T2 group of 22~42 d chicken the average daily gain of the T1,T3,and T4 group significantly decreased 4.38%,3.95%and 3.23%respectively(P<0.05),but the T2 group chicken material are compared between 22 and 42 d T1 and T4 group significantly increased by 2.96%and 2.96%respectively(P<0.05).Compared with T1 and T3 groups,jejunal villus height of broilers in T2 group was significantly decreased by 18.16%and 18.96%(P<0.05),respectively,but crypt depth in T2 group was significantly increased by 6.74%,8.21%and 5.77%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with T2 group,pancreatic proportion in T3 and T4 groups was significantly increased by 16.67%and 20.83%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The diet supplemented with 20%sunflower meal and 200 mg/kg complex enzyme can improve feed efficiency,reduce jejunal crypt depth and increase pancreatic relative weight of broilers in late growth period,Economic benefit of improving broiler production.
