悬挂参数对直线电机跨座式单轨车辆气隙稳定性和运行平稳性影响

摘要 胶轮驱动的跨座式单轨车辆在冰雪天运行时走行轮易打滑,影响车辆安全行驶。为解决该问题,设计了直线电机驱动跨座式单轨车辆方案,建立了直线电机跨座式单轨车辆动力学模型,分析了不同悬挂参数下车辆的气隙稳定性和运行平稳性。结果表明:支撑轮刚度和橡胶弹簧刚度对电机气隙影响很大,但支撑轮刚度和橡胶弹簧刚度对车辆运行平稳性影响很小。 When the straddle-type monorail vehicle driven by the rubber wheel runs in ice and snow days,the running wheel is easy to slip,which affects the safe driving of the vehicle.In order to solve the above problem,a straddle-type monorail vehicle scheme driven by linear motor was designed,a dynamics model of straddle-type monorail vehicle driven by linear motor was established and the air gap stability and running stability of the vehicle with different suspension parameters were analyzed.The results show that the stiffness of the support wheel and the rubber spring have a great effect on the air gap of the motor,but the stiffness of the support wheel and the rubber spring have little effect on the running stability of the vehicle.
