The Origins of Adorno’s Views on Negation

“否定”是阿多诺否定辩证法的核心。这一否定观深受黑格尔概念辩证法中“被规定了的否定”和“否定之否定原则”的影响,直接继承了马克思实践辩证法中否定的批判性、现实性、革命性本质,吸收了20世纪西方人本主义思潮中尼采的反体系思想、存在主义的反基础主义理论以及柏格森的非概念模式理论。正是追随这三大思想渊源,否定辩证法以反体系、反概念、反传统的视域开启了辩证法的新形态。

“Negation”is the core of Adorno’s negative dialectics.The views on negation were deeply affected by Hegel’s views of“specified negation”and“the principle of negation of the negation”in the Conceptual dialectics,directly inherited Marx’s dialectics of practice in the negative criticalness and revolution,absorbed Nietzsche’s ideas of the anti-system,Existentialist theory of anti-foundationalist and Bergson’s theory of Non-conceptual model in the 20th century.It is following these three ideological origins that the negation of dialectics opens a new form of dialectics with the perspective of anti-system,anti-concept and anti-tradition.
