农业高校在国家粮食安全中的责任担当——以江西农业大学为例

Responsibility of Agricultural Universities in National Food Security:Take Jiangxi Agricultural University as An Example

粮食安全是维护国家安全的重要基石。农业高校服务国家粮食安全战略是扎根中国大地办学、扛起强农兴农重任的重要体现。文章从粮食安全的人才培养、粮食安全的科技支撑、粮食安全的智库建设三方面阐述了农业高校在保障国家粮食安全的主要担当,并基于江西农业大学的实践探索,总结梳理了该校在人才培养、粮食种业研究、粮食种植技术创新推广、耕地保护、粮食安全对策研究等方面的经验做法,对农业高校在新时代服务服务国家粮食安全进行了展望,提出了江西农业大学开展粮食安全的研究方向。

Food security is a cornerstone of national security.The strategy of agricultural universities serving the national food security is a realization of Chinese agricultural higher education rooted in China with strengthening agriculture as one of its important tasks.This paper expounds the main responsibilities of agricultural universities in ensuring national food security through the cultivation of talents in food security,scientific and technological support for food security,and the construction of food security think tank.Based on the practices and explorations of Jiangxi Agricultural University,this paper summarizes and combs the University's experience in serving food security and in talents cultivation,food and seed industry research,innovation and promotion of food planting technology,farmland protection,food security countermeasures,etc.to put forward the prospect of serving national food security in the new era and offer the research direction of food security in Jiangxi Agricultural University.
