摘要
教学精英是一种制度性的承认,指的是在教学领域取得突出成就的教师,从能力的角度来定义,教学精英指教学学术能力强的教师。教学精英具有重要的教学论意义,第一,教学精英提供一种卓越教学的示范,使带有理想性的卓越教学在教学实践中可以观察与模仿;第二,教学精英诠释教学信用的累积过程,让教学信用的意义及其累积与循环的过程较为清晰地呈现出来。第三,教学精英成为教师专业发展的路标,以专业发展的成功者和先行者的身份来为年轻教师的专业发展指路。
Teaching elite is a kind of institutional recognition that is given to the outstanding achievers in the field of teaching.From the view of ability,the teaching elite is a teacher who has stronger scholarship related to the teaching theories and practice.Teaching elite is of great significance in terms of teaching theories.Firstly,teaching elites provide an example with excellent teaching performance,so that the idealistic excellence in teaching can be observed and imitated in practice.Secondly,teaching elites interpret the cumulative process of teaching credit with their behaviors and hence present clearly the significance of teaching credit and the process of its accumulation and circulation.Thirdly,teaching elites can be guiders for teacher's professional development especially for the professional development of junior faculty with their roles as professional development winners and pioneers.
