摘要 目的对本钢炼钢厂1#转炉节能环保改造工程职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法2019年11—12月,通过职业卫生现场调查及检测,对该项目进行了职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该节能环保改造工程建设项目总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品及辅助用室等方面均符合国家相关规定,而在职业卫生管理方面还不够完善;生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声和高温,其检测结果分别为粉尘浓度均<8 mg/m^(3)、一氧化碳浓度均<20 mg/m^(3)、噪声均<85 d B(A)、高温均<31℃,均符合国家规定的职业接触限值标准。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果良好。 Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the No.1 converter energy-saving and environmental protection renovation project of steel mill in Benxi Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.Methods From November to December 2019,through occupational health on-site investigation and detection,the project was evaluated on the effect of occupational hazard control.Results The overall layout,production technology,facility layout,protective facilities for occupational disease,individual protective articles and auxiliary rooms of the energy-saving and environmental protection renovation project all met the relevant national regulations,but the occupational health management was not perfect.The occupational hazard factors generated during the production process mainly included dust,carbon monoxide,noise and high temperature.The detection results were that the dust concentration was less than 8 mg/m^(3),the carbon monoxide concentration was less than 20 mg/m^(3),the noise was less than 85 dB(A),and the high temperature was less than 31℃,all met the national occupational exposure limit standard.Conclusion The occupational hazard control effect of the construction project is good.
