突发传染性公共卫生事件下医务人员的心理状态研究现状

Research status on psychological response of healthcare workers under infectious public health emergencies

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来,疫情形势严峻,医务人员作为抗击疫情的一线人员承担着巨大的身心压力。我们通过检索国内外有关新型冠状病毒、严重急性呼吸综合征、中东呼吸综合征、埃博拉和甲型流感病毒等突发传染性公共卫生事件下医务人员心理应激反应的相关研究,从突发传染性公共卫生事件医务人员的心理状态、影响因素和干预措施3个方面进行综述,旨在总结以往证据,为医务人员心理干预措施的制订提供参考。

The healthcare workers,as the frontline personnel to fight against the epidemic,are suffering from enormous physical and mental pressure since the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019.In this study,we search studies on the psychological stress response of healthcare workers under infectious public health emergencies such as Coronavirus Disease 2019,severe acute respiratory syndromes,middle east respiratory syndrome,Ebola virus disease,influenza pandemic.This paper reviews the psychological status,influencing factors and intervention measures of healthcare workers under infectious public health emergencies,to summarize the previous evidence and provide a reference for the formulation of psychological intervention measures for healthcare workers.
