A Survey of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Intractable Facial Paralysis in Past Five Years

收集整理近五年针灸治疗顽固性面瘫的临床研究文献,分别从病因病机、早期鉴别、选穴规律及治疗方法四方面进行概况。内外二因互相影响,久病入络化瘀是其病因病机,综合疗法应用最多,针刺使用最广,局部加远端、患侧联合健侧取穴是最常用的取穴方案,穴位主要选取阳气充足的手足六阳经,其中足阳明胃经最多。针灸治疗顽固性面瘫疗效确切,早期鉴别及时干预,辨证施以适当刺激量,多种疗法综合使用是缩短疗程、取得疗效和避免后遗症出现的关键。

To collect and sort out the clinical research literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis in recent 5 years. Summarized the papers from four aspects: etiology and pathogenesis, early identification, acupoint selection rules and treatments. Internal and external factors influenced each other and long-term disease entering collaterals and removing blood stasis were its etiology and pathogenesis, comprehensive therapy was the most used, and acupuncture was the most widely used, local plus distal and affected side combined with healthy side was the most commonly used acupoint selection scheme, points were mainly selected by the hand and foot six yang meridians with sufficient yang qi, of which the foot Yangming stomach meridian was the most. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of intractable facial paralysis was effective, early identification and timely intervention, syndrome differentiation with amount of suitable stimulation and using comprehensive treatments were the key to shorten the course of treatment, achieve curative effect and avoid sequelae.
