探究基于悬吊运动系统的骨盆稳定性训练法对痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童粗大运动功能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Pelvic Stability Training Method Based on Suspension Motor System on Gross Motor Function of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的:探讨基于悬吊运动系统的骨盆稳定性训练法对痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童粗大运动功能的影响。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年11月在我院治疗的痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿74例,随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组实施综合康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上实施基于悬吊运动系统的骨盆稳定性训练,观察比较两组治疗前后粗大运动功能(GMFM-88、GMFM-D区、GMFM-E区)评分变化情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的GMFM-88、GMFM-D区、GMFM-E区评分均较治疗前无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组治疗后的GMFM-88、GMFM-D区、GMFM-E区评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童实施基于悬吊运动系统的骨盆稳定性训练,能够有效改善患儿的粗大运动能力,效果明显,有较高的推广价值。 Objective: To investigate the effect of pelvic stability training based on suspension motor system on gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: 74 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 37 cases in each group. The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given pelvic stability training based on suspension motor system on the basis of the control group. Gross motor function(GMFM-88) of the two groups before and after treatment was observed and compared(GMFM-d, GMFM-e). Results: After treatment, GMFM-88, GMFM-D and GMFM-E scores in 2 groups showed no statistical significance compared with those before treatment(P>0.05), while GMFM-88, GMFM-D and GMFM-E scores in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The pelvic stability training based on suspension motor system can effectively improve the gross motor ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy, and the effect is obvious, which has a high promotion value.
