摘要
带钢瓢曲是影响带钢炉内稳定运行的主要因素,为防止带钢在炉内发生瓢曲,提高带钢炉内运行稳定性,提出优化炉区张力设定方法,同时增加原料带钢易瓢曲等级判定以及产线降速过程中炉区最低运行速度功能,为预防带钢瓢曲提供可靠数据依据,旨在减少带钢炉内瓢曲,避免由于带钢瓢曲造成炉内断带。实际应用效果表明,提出的炉区张力优化、带钢易瓢曲等级判定及炉区最低运行速度功能能够满足现场实际应用需求,可有效提高带钢炉内运行稳定性。
The buckling of strip steel is the main factor affecting the stable operation of strip steel in the furnace. In order to prevent the steel strip from bucking in the furnace and improve the operation stability of the strip steel in the furnace, the method of optimizing the tension setting in the furnace area was put forward. To reduce strip steel buckling in the furnace and avoid strip breaking in the furnace caused by strip buckling, and the judgment of the grade of the easy floating curve of the raw material strip and the function of the minimum running speed in the furnace area during the speed reduction of the production line were increased, which provided reliable data basis for the prevention of the steel strip buckling. The practical application results showed that the proposed functions of tension optimization in the furnace area, easy rolling grade judgment of strip steel and minimum running speed in the furnace area can meet the practical application requirements and effectively improve the operation stability of strip steel in the furnace.
