摘要 在生理学教学中,实验课程占有举足轻重的地位。在原有生理学实验教学的基础上,结合干细胞和再生医学、重大疾病的基础与转化医学研究的专业培养方向进行教学改革。将传统生理学实验内容重新设计,引入新的实验项目,编写新的实验教材和操作视频,改革传统的实验教学方式,鼓励创新性、探索性实验的设计和实施,实验课中融入课程思政的内容,增强实验效果。通过教改,使得实验课程更加贴合人才培养目标,与理论课程结合更加紧密,实验内容更加新颖、科学,实用性更强。聚焦学生动手能力和独立思考问题能力的培养,有利于学生对理论课程的理解和科研能力的提高。 In physiology teaching,experiment course plays an important role.Based on the original"physiological experiment"teaching,combined with the professional training direction of stem cell and regenerative medicine,basis and translational medicine research of major disease,this paper carried out teaching reform.The contents of traditional physiology experiment were redesigned,new experimental items were introduced,new experimental teaching materials and operation videos were compiled,the traditional experimental teaching methods were reformed,the design and implementation of innovative and exploratory experiments were encouraged,and the ideological and political contents were integrated into the experimental courses to enhance the experimental effect.Through the teaching reform,the experimental courses were more in line with the talent training objectives of the college,and more closely combined with the theoretical courses.The experimental contents were more novel,scientific and practical.It focused on the cultivation of students′practical ability and independent thinking ability,which was conducive to the students′understanding of the theoretical course and the improvement of their scientific research ability.
