摘要
面对国际国内两个市场、两种资源,企业要从更高层次参与市场竞争,必须进行商业模式创新,从而提升综合竞争力。从煤炭集团公司煤炭产业着手,介绍煤炭集团公司中观层面企业的基本价值功能,分析了企业在煤炭、煤电产业、煤化工产业板块的商业运作模式,通过对各产业板块价值链的重构与创新,构建了各板块的业务模式、资源模式、盈利模式,对提升煤炭企业综合竞争力、提高运营效率和效益具有重要意义。
Facing the international and domestic two markets and two resources,companies must carry out business model innovation to enhance their overall competitiveness if they want to participate in market competition at a higher level.Starting from the coal industry of the coal group,the basic value functions of the middle-level enterprise was introduced,and the business operation model of the company in the coal,coal power industry,and coal chemical industry sectors were analyzed.Through the reconstruction and innovation of the value chain of each industry sector,the business model,resource model,and profit model of each sector have been constructed.It is of great significance to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of coal enterprises and improve operational efficiency and benefits.
