近年来,数字化治理在城市经济和创新发展中的作用日趋重要。国外诸多发达城市都在努力尝试提高数字化治理水平,以为民众谋福利和推动城市加速发展。伦敦、纽约市和新加坡在智慧城市建设和创新治理方面处于引领水平。其中,伦敦通过推进市政设施数字化、开放城市数据、促进数字化合作等来提高治理水平。纽约市重视“数字鸿沟”问题,以公平理念推进数字治理。新加坡在“智慧国”建设过程中,通过八大战略项目的实施和相关法案修订等措施来促进数字政府建设。

In recent years,digital governace plays a more important role in the development of urban economy and innovation.Many developed cities are trying to improve the quality of digital governance for the benefit of the citizens and to accelerate urban development.London,City of New York and Singapore are the leading cities in this area.London has improved its governance by advancing the digitization of municipal facilities,opening city data,and promoting digital cooperation.City of New York attaches great importance to the issue of“digital divide”,promoting digital governance with the notion of equity.In the process of building a“smart nation”,Singapore has promoted the construction of a digital government through the implementation of eight strategic projects and amendments to related laws.
