摘要
在国内制造业广泛实施数字化的背景下,很多企业通过运用自动化设备来取代人工以降低生产成本,提高生产效率。非标自动化设备是生产系统的组成部分,通过对非标自动化设备的现状、设计流程及关键环节进行分析,研究并实践数字化设计与仿真技术以提高非标自动化设备的设计效率与质量。
Under the background of the general implementation of digitalization in the domestic manufacturing industry,many enterprises use automation equipment to replace labor to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.Non-standard automation equipment is important in the production system,through the analysis of the current status,design process and key points of nonstandard automation equipment,research and practice of digital design and simulation technology to improve the design efficiency and quality of non-standard automation equipment.
